Simply Merchant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law. Access to certain features may require additional verification, documentation, or execution of supplemental agreements.

All fees for our Services are disclosed before activation.
By signing a merchant agreement or submitting an application, you authorize Simply Merchant (US Merchant Tech LLC) to:
    •    Process payments on your behalf.
    •    Debit or credit your designated bank account for service fees, chargebacks, or refunds.

All pricing is in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

Merchants agree to:
    •    Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and card brand rules (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover).
    •    Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
    •    Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.

Simply Merchant reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All customer data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS and industry security standards.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information within your own business operations.

All logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and software are the intellectual property of Simply Merchant or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any part of our materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Merchant shall not be liable for:
    •    Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
    •    Any data loss, profit loss, or business interruption;

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to Simply Merchant for the Services in the preceding three months.

Simply Merchant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to and use of the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if:

You are found to be in violation of these Terms;

You engage in, or are suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; or

You fail to pay any applicable fees or charges when due.

Upon termination, all rights, licenses, and permissions granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate. Termination shall not limit or affect any other rights or remedies available to Simply Merchant under applicable law or equity, nor shall it relieve you of any existing payment or contractual obligations accrued prior to termination.
