Google User Data and Google Calendar Data

Google Calendar access is used only for scheduling and calendar synchronization features, including:

6. Google User Data Retention and Deletion
Google Calendar data is retained only while the user keeps the Google Calendar integration connected or as long as necessary to provide the scheduling service.
If a user disconnects Google Calendar, revokes access from their Google Account, deletes their account, or requests deletion of their Google user data, we will delete or de-identify the related Google Calendar data and OAuth tokens from our active systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record requirements.

7. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
